YES - we do. In addition to selling our products to individual customers, we also sell wholesale orders to businesses as well. There is a Rollies.com Wholesale Section from which users who have been granted access to the Wholesale Section search, create and pay for wholesale orders - all online.

How Can I Access The Rollies.com Wholesale Section?
To qualify for access to the Rollies.com Wholesale Section, you must own or operate a business. To gain access, call us at 1-877-425-5083, and please have ready your company name, business / tax number, and contact info. If do not already have a Rollies.com customer account, we will create one for you, if you already have a Rollies.com customer account, we will update your account with your company info. Your account will then be granted access to the wholesale section. Once you have an activated Wholesale Account, you can login to the wholesale section at: http://www.Rollies.com/Wholesale

What Kind Of Items Are Avialable For Sale In The Wholesale Section?
While we can offer every item we have on our public retail site for wholesale, our most popular items are in the Pipes section. Currently, our online wholesale section displays all the pipes for sale on Rollies.com. If you are interested in buying non-pipe items for wholesale, please call 1-877-425-5083

Is There A Minimum Order Amount For Wholesale Orders?
Yes. Right now, we have a minimum amount of $500 for wholesale orders. Our wholesale prices are based on bulk purchases. We are willing to consider special cases - for example: if your wholesale order consists of MANY small low-priced items.

How Do I Make A Wholesale Order Using The Wholesale Section?
Once you have been granted access to, and have logged in to the Rollies.com Wholesale section, placing orders is quick and easy. Find the pipe or group of pipes that you are interested in, click the check box (for groups) or the add to cart button (for individual pipes) to add the items to the Wholesale shopping cart. Once you are satisfied with the contents of the shopping cart, click the check out button. On the check out page you will be shown a summary of your account details and order contents along with the shipping cost calculation. You are then able to go back and edit / add to the items in your cart, or if you are satisfied with your order click the Create Order button to procede. Once you have created an order, you can continue to choose for an pay for your order, or return and login to your account to pay for the order at a later date. Once created, you have 7 days to make payment before the order is cancelled. Once payment has been received your order will be processed.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept For Wholesale Orders?
Like the Rollies.com Retail section, we offer our customers numerous methods of payment for wholesale orders. These include 2 options for paying online with credit card via a 3rd party secure service (CCAvenue.com and SafePaySolutions), 1 option for online payment merchant service (AlertPay.com), 1 option for making payment by money order, and additional options and help available by calling us and arranging payment with an actual human being!

How Do I Pay For My Wholesale Order?
Whether you have just created a new wholesale order, or have logged in and have choosen to pay for a previously created order, you will be presented with a list of payment options. To make payment, click on the payment method you wish to use. For options involving 3rd party sites, you will be taken to secure servers on their sites to make payment directly online via credit card - be sure to click through and contine on their site until you are redirected back to a page on Rollies.com confirming your payment has been recieved. For money orders, you will be taken to a printable money order order form with instructions for purchasing and sending money orders. Finally, the Rollies.com wholesale phone number will be posted as an additional payment option, for people who prefer to phone in their payments, or have questions regarding any of the other payment methods available.

How Do I Pay For My Wholesale Order I Created A Few Days Ago?
To make payment on a recently created wholesale order, login to the wholesale section and click on Wholesale Order Status in the center top menu. You will see displayed a list of all orders placed with that customer account. Click on an order to view the status for that order. If the order is still waiting for payment, and was created within the last 7 days, you will be able see the Make Payment button, which you can click to make a payment and activate an order. From there, choose a payment method and continue with payment.

Some Of The Prices Look Slightly Different Than A Few Days Ago - Why?
Because our large selection and varity of pipes available come from various places around the world, some of the prices shown in our wholesale section take into account exchange rates. With time, the exchange rates change and the prices that use exchange rates in their calculation will change as well. For this reason, we can only allow up to 7 days for payment of a particular order, before expiring the order. If you had an order you intended to pay for that has been cancelled / expired, simply create a new order with the same contents and procede with payment.

How Is Shipping Calculated For My Wholesale Order?
Shipping for wholesale orders is calculated on checkout. Items are priced for shipping based on their size / shipping class: i.e. small glass, small metal, medium acrylic, etc. Some shipping prices have exchange rates factored into them, and may fluctuate with time.

How Can I Check On The Status Of My Wholesale Order?
To check on the status of your wholesale order, login to the wholesale section and click on Wholesale Order Status in the center top menu. You will see displayed a list of all orders placed with that customer account. Click on an order to view the status for that order. If the order is still waiting for payment, and was created within the last 7 days, you will be able see the Make Payment button, which you can click to make a payment and activate an order.

How Long Will It Take To Ship My Order?
Orders will be considered active once full payment has been received. Depending on the size and variability of items in your order, you order will be shipped out usually within 7 to 10 days. Larger orders with items from multiple sources may take more time / multiple shipments to complete.
